Introduction Service
Our Introduction Service is designed for landlords who want us to market their property and set everything up before handing it back for self-management.
This service includes
- Full property marketing with professional photography
- Listings on Rightmove, social media, and other platforms
- Comprehensive tenant referencing through Rent4Sure, covering credit, income, and landlord checks
- Preparation of contracts, standing orders, compliance documents, and deposit registration
- A fully pictured inventory for complete protection
Cost: One Month's Rent
Fully Managed Service
Our Fully Managed Service is ideal for landlords who want us to take care of everything from start to finish. It includes all the benefits of our Introduction Service, plus:
- Regular mid-term inspections with detailed reports
- Access to our 24/7 maintenance team, including plumbers, gas engineers, electricians, and general builders
- A 24-hour emergency maintenance line for tenants
- Monthly rent collection with clear statements
- Account spreadsheets provided if required
Cost: 8% of monthly rent + £350 set-up fee
